AES TEAM BENEFITS
As a Street Light Technician/Groundman, you will be a vital member of our team responsible for installing new streetlights in new communities, maintaining and repairing street lights and electrical systems. The position will require the use of post hole diggers and a Vac Truck when installing streetlight poles. With core skills in hand tools and power tools, you will efficiently troubleshoot and fix issues. Your premium skills in operating heavy equipment like skid steers, Kubota machinery, will be essential for completing complex tasks. Additionally, your relevant skills in construction sites and electrical experience will ensure the safety and functionality of street lights. A CDL is required for this role but not mandatory to gain a position within the company. Join us and contribute to the upkeep of our community's lighting infrastructure.
Job Type: Full-time (35 to 45 hours per week)
Pay Range: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule: 8 hour shift (Monday to Friday) with overtime
Experience:
Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
